Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the user’s use of the CP3 Training Material.

1. The CP3 training material will hereinafter be referred to as “the material”. The person making use of the training material will hereafter be referred to as “the user”.
2. The material is owned and authored by Novus3 (Pty) Ltd. All elements of the material, including but not limited to the images, text, databases, icons, hyperlinks, software, private information, photographs, graphics, illustrations, artwork, design, names, logos and trademarks (collectively, the “content”), are protected by copyright, trademark, design and other South African and international laws relating to intellectual property and shall at all times remain the property of Novus3 (Pty) Ltd.
3. The user may not download and view content from the material for private and non-commercial purposes. No portion or element of the material or the content contained thereon may be reproduced or transmitted via any means. The material, its content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of Novus3 (Pty) Ltd.
4. All logos, tradenames, company names, designs, images, slogans and/or trademarks of Novus3 (Pty) Ltd, shall at all times remain the property of Novus3 (Pty) Ltd and the user undertakes, that it shall in no way attempt to use or reproduce the aforementioned, for commercial use.
5. At all times, all rights, title and interest in and to our materials remains vested in Novus3 (Pty) Ltd and are copyrighted and protected by regulatory provisions. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted to other websites or otherwise distributed in any way, without our prior written permission of Novus3 (Pty) Ltd. Save as expressly provided for herein,
6. Novus3 (Pty) Ltd does not grant any right to the User to use or reproduce the materials. All Novus3 (Pty) Ltd rights in this regard are and remain strictly reserved.
