Accessing the Project Tree View

To open the project tree view, the projects page should be accessed using either the CP3 home page or the CP3 task bar.

Once the projects page is accessed, the applicable baseline and project status is selected from the baseline filter window. Depending on the process that the organisation is currently in, the corresponding baseline is selected.

In instances where new projects are added or existing project information reviewed, select the (A-1) Capture: Planning radio button. Once the radio button is selected, the system automatically detects the latest corresponding baseline. After selecting the planning baseline, apply the (A-2) Active Projects filter to view all of the projects currently active on CP3.

Once the above-mentioned selections are made, select the apply button .
