Strategic Outcomes

The fifth option listed on the project technical information window outlines the strategic outcomes information. The strategic outcomes information is based on the organisation’s strategic objectives, and allows users to align projects to the various strategic objectives as outlined within the organisation’s planning vision. This section is customised according to each organisation’s need and will differ between various CP3 platforms.

 

 

To view the strategic objectives contained within a specific category, click on the category.

 

 

  • (I-1) The strategic objectives are arranged in tiers, based on different scales or spheres of management. To continue viewing and capturing selections from each tier, use the % progress bar at the bottom of the screen to indicate whether all selections have been made. Once all of the possible selections have been made when, the % progress bar will indicate 100% complete.
  • (I-2) The % progress bar which outlines the completion rate of strategic outcomes selections.
  • (I-3) To save the information captured, click save. To undo information, click undo. Once the information is saved a confirmation message will appear.
  • (I-4) To navigate to the previous or next option listed on the project technical information window, click the forward or back arrow.
  • (I-5) To close the window, click exit. If the window is closed, or when a user leaves the page without saving information, the following message will warn users to save or discard information captured.
